2 How did we obtain your data?
Your data, that we process at SuiGéneris, have been obtained through: (i) the different forms that you fill when browsing the WEBSITE (e.g. registration as a WEBSITE user, contact forms, forms referring to job offers and / or selection processes, etc.); or (ii) by sending an inquiry email.
Note also that your social network data may be processed through the corporate profiles that SuiGéneris keeps available in each social network in which it is present, subject to the established terms and conditions of each social network.
3 What kind of data do we process?
The data that we process at SuiGéneris are those that you have provided us with through the appropriate forms that we use to formalize our contact with you and / or by email, and any others, if any, that we obtain through SuiGéneris corporate profiles in the social networks in which we have a presence.

6 How long will we keep your data?
In general, personal data will be retained until you revoke your consent to the processing or request their deletion, plus the time necessary to fulfil the legal obligations incumbent on SuiGéneris.
In any case, please note that SuiGéneris has established internal data purification policies designed to monitor the retention periods of personal data that it holds, so that these data may be deleted when they are no longer necessary and / or appropriate for the purpose for which they were collected.

7 What are your rights?
